I love to support fellow neuroqueer mystics in healing from trauma & Dreaming Beyond Shame
I am a committed, passionate, sensitive therapist that can help you heal from past traumas, learn how to support your needs in the present moment, and help you grow towards a meaningful (to you) future. I provide care for those experiencing emotions that feel out of control, feeling broken or burdened by past experiences, and feeling overwhelmed in life.
What makes me different: As a neurodivergent, lived experience counselor, I truly believe that each person has their own unique gifts to offer this world. I love working with other creative and sensitive individuals that so often fall through the cracks of our system, because I know that together we can build a world where we all belong.
Do any of the following resonate with you?
You feel constantly crushed under the weight of past traumas and hurt.
Your emotions feel chaotic and intense, and you find yourself struggling to know how to resource or take care of yourself.
You struggle with feeling not-good-enough and experience a pervasive fear of rejection/abandonment.
You feel ashamed and insecure about your body's appearance and/or abilities.
Despite feeling a deep connection to spirit, you struggle with trusting your intuition and building grounded, spiritual practices that bring meaning to your life.

Late-Diagnosed Autism &/or ADHD
For many AuDHD folks, it can be so exhausting to figure out how to survive in a world built for neurotypical folks. It can lead to constant feelings of burnout, never feeling good enough, like you can't be yourself with anyone you're around. It can be a constant struggle to get daily tasks of living done and to build/maintain relationships that feel supportive.
Therapy can support you in figuring out systems that work with your neurotype rather than against it! Whether it's co-creating systems that make your life feel more livable, practicing relational skills, processing/healing from trauma, or feeling seen/heard/supported by a fellow neurodivergent human (I'm also AuDHD!), getting support can help you figure out how to build a life that you love rather than one you just endure.

Healing from Trauma
After experiencing trauma, it can feel like your sense of self is fragmented or broken. It can be exhausting, trying to move on with your life while carrying the burden of what has happened to you.
Whether it's a single-event or complex (cumulative) trauma, trauma-informed therapy (such as EMDR and Somatic Counseling) can support you in finding safety and security in your body, mind and spirit. When you're not constantly trying to survive, you can free up your energy to work towards the life you dream of.

Body Image & Low Self-Esteem
Struggling with your body image and self-esteem can feel all-consuming, like you're constantly being berated by inner critical thoughts and that nothing you ever do is good enough.
Therapy (particularly therapy that is rooted in anti-oppression, body liberation principles) can support you in un-learning ingrained ideologies of diet culture and body-based systemic oppression. It can support you in building sustainable habits that feel nourishing rather than restrictive, and in building a resilient identity that allows you to feel good about who you are rather than what you look like.

Spiritual Identity Development
If you've been experiencing a desire to explore the spiritual in your life, it can be overwhelming to figure out where to start. It can feel challenging to trust your own intuition, to connect with spiritual supports (ancestors, archetypes, guides), and to build grounded spiritual practices.
It can be challenging to talk about spiritual experiences in the context of therapy, because so many traditional therapies view states of altered consciousness as being indicative of having an underlying mental disorder. Spiritual Identity Development in Therapy can help you to forge your own relationship with your inner world, develop actionable strategies for blending the spiritual with the material (how spirit fits into your day-to-day life), and find ways to engage with your spirituality that add meaning, purpose and clarity to your life.
